The Fripp Island Resort is located on Fripp Island, South Carolina, a 3500-acre private island located at the end of U.S. Highway 21 South. It is the last inhabited island in a chain of islands leading from historic Beaufort to the Atlantic Ocean.
The company maintains a staff of more than 300 people in the summer season and over 250 people in the off-season. A diverse group of employees is required to maintain the resort’s beauty and to satisfy the guests’ service expectations. We’re always looking for competent, dedicated people to work in office support, food and beverage, tennis, golf and resort maintenance, retail and group sales, lodging / front desk, housekeeping, property management, recreation, and management level positions.
